As suispected in last night's Pre-Market update for Tuesday the Gap Down Open Tuesday was a 'head fake'.  Also, ShepWave Upward targets have been getting nailed.  Notice the S&P 500 Index nailed our target of 1277.  The QQQQ (NDX) have been lagging in the recent bounce action.  The real question is whether or not the Dow Industrials index can hit the 11,900 area before seeing selling pressure come back in and whether or not the S&P can see 1292 and the QQQQ can  at least fill the gap down left open from the July 18th open.   Tonight's update shows the technicals and targets we are looking for to confirm the mid to longer term trend.
