Listen up, this is a long one, hopefully facebook can handle it. We're going to talk about payments here both Trader and Affiliate.
We like to pay earlier than our stated payment dates but don't set that as your expectiation on when you'll receive a payment.

Now, for the fun stuff... Why didn't get paid?????
The LARGE majority of you were paid early. Here are the reasons you may not have gotten paid early.
1. You did get paid, you did get a payment notice but it ended up in your Spam or Trash folder and you're not aware that your payment has been sent to you.
2. You have requested not to recieve email from us, but still trade with us. The emails are all or nothing.
3. You have not filled out your payout method in the Trader/Affiliate dashboard...at all. This is especially true for Affiliates.
4. You do not have a valid routing number or account number or both.
For bad examples, actual routing and account:
Routing Number Account Number Problem
41215663 Routing number is only 8 digiet. Routing numbers are 9 digits exactly, including leading zeros
TRWIBEB1XXX BExx xxxx xxxx No letters in routing or account numbers
202981 Routing number issue, also did not choose a payout type (Direct Deposit or International)
00000000 00000000000 There are a lot of these that have not switched their payout type to International.
Yes, we do actually need a routing and account number in order to send you money.
5. Payout Type (Direct Deposit or International) has not been choosen, but a routing/account number has been entered. Fix your payout type
6. You have a 9 digit routing number and an account number but you've transposed or missed number in either one. This is a particularly bad problem
because the payment gets sent out as if nothing is wrong, then the recieving bank rejects the transaction and you get picked up on a rejected sweep days or weeks after the payment was sent out.
7. If you have been asked to complete an account verification and have not or your account was not verified your payment will not be sent.
8. You did not meet the eligibility requirements for a payment and are just wanting to cause problems.
9. If your account is locked or banned at any time, even if you have outstanding commissions or approved payment requests. The payment will not be sent.

For items 3,4,5, those people are sent emails asking them to fix whatever issue it is that's preventing them from getting a payment sent to them and they are included in a second (sometimes third or fourth) round of payment processing.
Sometimes, the second, third or fourth round of payment processing is held until the last day in order to give these people the longest amount of time to get their stuff fixed as possible.
But.. But... But you said I'd get paid on the 15th! No, what is stated is that payments will be SENT OUT by the 15th or last day of the month, not that you will have the money in your bank account on those days.
The problem here is bank transfer and processing time, which we have no control over. Even to and from the same banks the transfer and processing time varies greatly from day to day and week to week.
That is why it has been stated MANY times that it may take between 3-7 business days for the money to arrive in your bank account.
Also a topic of endless questions and debate: Wise, Payoneer and Revolut. These three companies in particular very often reject payments made to our traders and affiliates.
Some people say, "They work fine for me", Great, until they don't. What we have seen is that a payment will get sent to on of these companies and the company will ask the recipient for further information about what the payment is for.
The payment is for your performance trading the futures markets or Affiliate commission. That's it, we have no other documents, certificates or anything else for you to give to them to prove the money was made from one of those two activities.
People have tried sending them subscript reciepts, trading histories and payment histories and commission reports. They have excepted none of them and reject the payment.
This causes additional delay in receiving a payment by weeks or months. You have the initial bank processing time, the Wise review and rejection time, returning the funds to us time, then the reprocessing time.
If you insist on using Wise, make SURE you have their updated routing number. This changed a few months ago and many people have not updated their Payment Method with the new routing number.
If you are using our International pay service and you switch from Direct Deposit to International at this time you WILL NOT recieve an invitation email as soon as you save your payment method.
You WILL recieve an invitation email BEFORE your payment is sent. We can tell when you've completed the registration so you don't need to send in a Support Ticket saying you have completed it unless asked to do so.
Also, ****MAKE SURE**** you put in your Bank Information. If this is missing, you will not get paid in any early payments that may go out nor any other payment processing cycles until it's there.
We do send out emails to people who have this issue, but we will not hold up payment cycle waiting for it to be fixed. If you want your payment, make sure it's there.
DO NOT repeat DO NOT request payments through the International payment service provider. These are categorically rejected. Repeat offenders will have their accounts closed.
Not a payment request issue, but... Do not request sick time or vacation time or use those functions to request payments within the International payment service providers platform. They will be declined, but we do hope you feel better and you enjoy your vacation.
If you are waiting on an Affiliate payemnt. Look at your Affiliate Info/Payouts section. If the payment has been marked as paid, the payment has been sent.
If, after all of the items above have been addressed and you still don't have the payment in your bank account seven days after the pay dates (15th and last day of the month), then submit ONE support ticket and we'll find out what's going on.
If your would like to submit or update a support ticket and add your facebook name to it, I will find the payment or issue and post it in here for the next few weeks so everyone can see what caused the issue. If you'd like it handled more discretly, then handle it through the help desk, not social media.
