Intra Day Notes for Tuesday posted at 11:25 AM

The intra day target has been hit on the QQQQ as posted in this morning's pre-market update published last night. See this morning's intra day notes for more intra day technicals.

Monday Night:

The Regular Scheduled ShepWave Update has been published. Last week was a 'technically' critical week.  The DOW and S&P found resistance at the 50 Week Moving Average (as suspected) and the DOW TRANSPORTATION Index made a quick reversal after making a new all time high (also showing recent bearish divergence on the weekly time frame).

The Indexes also had OUTISDE DOWN Weeks.  Granted the NDX (Nasdaq 100 Index) accomplished this by less than One Point.
