The Regular Scheduled ShepWave for Monday has been published.

The VIX (Volatilty Index) has made a double break of the recent up trend which began last Summer.  Is this Bearish for the VIX, hence BULLISH for Stocks?

A close examination at the other technical signals is necessary to use along with the VIX.  We cannot ignore the Weekly and Monthly signals on the idexes.   How high can the recent rally go?  Will the DOW INDUSTRIALS and S&P 500  indexes see a new all time high?
