The markets saw a volatile week this past week. Time for a rally?
The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index is DOWN 37% from its 2007 HIGH. We don't hear much about this fact from the Television Pundits. HUH?
Dow Industrials Index down 16% from 2007 High.
S&P 500 Index down 17.9% from 2007 High.
Nasdaq Composite Index down 22.68% from 2007 High.
Russell 2000 Small Cap Index down 22.89% from 2007 High.
In tonight's update we show some key Chart Patterns that need to be kept in mind at all times now matter what time frame you are trading. We have pocketed some nice profits recently and have began entering new positions. The position which we opened on Friday could be a volatile and risky one. Please read tonight's update and adjust stops to fit your risk tolerance.
Remember that Quick Rapid Up Moves are very common in Bear Markets. The key is to know how to get in on a potential rally, where to set your stops and what your target is to tighten stops or take profits. This will be the main concentration of ShepWave updates over the next week or so.
