The Regular Update for Thursday has been published. In this update the daily time frame analysis is given.
In short--as of Wednesday, August 5, 2020 we find WTI-CRUDE OIL in the $40s. Does this support the idea of underlying strength in the U.S. economy? Notice recent gap that has been filled.
As of Wednesday, August 5, 2020--the major U.S. equity indexes need to be watched carefully. This rally since the BUY SIGNALS of Tuesday, March 24, 2020 has been nice--notice the Nasdaq 100 Index continues to make new all time highs. But is this index at a key resistance area?
Gold now hitting new all time highs. The usually expected inverse relationship between equities and gold is not with us at this time. I have been fielding some questions with some subscribers and other analysts concerning this phenomenon. Don't think too much of it for now--just a lot of bullishness in a lot of things right now. Don't worry something will break soon enough.
