Gap / Island Patterns--Lead to Volatility.
The recent gap opens have definitely added some short term activity for aggressive traders.
NOTICE how the aggressive short term buy triggers (given Monday, June 3, 2019) for Tuesday played out--and now we have GAP UP OPENS left open. Do the Math!! USE STOPS!
NOTCE this week, beginning on Monday, June 24th we saw the RUT give some short term sell signals--and some in other indexes followed suit as well.
NOW WHAT?!?!
Will the FED Lower rates and give us another upward boost to break through key mid term (and longer term) resistance?
Keep the key technical points in mind as we continue to navigate through what may still be some volatility.
Remember as covered in the TWO Updates published for FIVE Monday's Ago--OUTSIDE-DOWN MONTH Patterns! Let's see how this plays out. This is more pertinent for the mid to longer term trend and may not clear-up for a week or so.
