The rally in equities since the December 24/26th lows has been sharp and impressive. Those long the specific positions (including WTI-OIL from the January 7th buy date) will want to pay close attention to the action for the rest of this week.

The short-to-mid market action has been predictable.
Notice where the Dow Industrial index has moved with regards
to the key mid term trend line we highlighted on December 5,
2018. Compare also to the mid term trend line given in the
Russell 2000 index chart. Use stops appropriately.
Keep in mind what happened in January/February of 2018 for the major U.S. equity indexes.
The markets are in a position to turn quickly. Be sure you are watching the next trade signals.
The recent Gap--Island Patterns could be an indication of some key market events coming soon.
