ShepWave Pre-market/ Intra Day Update for Tuesday. Crude Oil and Other Important Technical Factors COMING INTO PLAY!

2:00 PM ET USA. IMPORTANT INTRA DAY UPDATE:

We have received many emails regarding the large gap down open of this morning, primarily in the SPX and $INDU indexes.

Also--it seems some other analysts may have taken our OUTISDE DOWN WEEK call we made for WTI Crude Oil to an extreme. Stay Objective.

Please do not rush into making decisions. Basically the patterns and signals we are seeing today are not the stark inverse as what we saw on May 3rd.

Read the notes in the 60 minute charts in this intra day update closely: SPY, $INDU, RUT, and QQQ.

TURN OFF THE CNBC! Now is not the time to be roped into the emotionalism of such.

Be careful traders.  The indexes have seen a nice run-up from the anticipated recent low of May 3rd (most recently).  Remember as well the wedge patterns given in the Daily Time frame chart--mainly the SPX.

Tuesday's update gives some new trading notes and analysis for short-to-mid term (swing) traders.

Please trade carefully and within your own limits and abilities. Also take into account your own risk tolerance level.

During holiday weeks--especially of the Summer--it is normal to see some range bound Island patterns that are volatile on a short term basis.  Do not let this throw you off.

CONCERNING CRUDE OIL: DO not make any hasty decisions on Crude Oil. Not yet anyway.  We have received countless emails regarding the OUTSIDE DOWN WEEK we called in CRUDE OIL. A follow-up report for Crude Oil will be published late Wednesday.
