ShepWave Pre-Market Update. Dow 13,900 coming? Stock Market Technical Analysis. Elliott Wave Theory.

The Upward targets of 13,900  and 1540 for the Dow and S&P (as shown in Monday's Pre-Market Update)  may seem a  bit of a stretch for some of you to believe.  But, this is a still a good possibility.  Those of you who took the BUY trade as shown in the Pre-Market Update for Monday and was confirmed at 11:07 in the Intra Day Update are well in the BLACK for this  short to mid term trade.  The Futures are up at the writing of this update.  In tonight's Pre-Market Update I show some potential upside targets and how to use the upside targets for the Dow and S&P 500 to find an exit point for the QQQQ short to mid term trade. 

Will the markets rally from the Futures being up?  OR.. is this another head fake open and a Gap Up open will sell off?

Will the QQQQ hit the Fibonacci 38.2% retracement of the Sell off from the All Time Highs to the lows of October 2002?
