IMPORTANT INTRA DAY UDPATE for Thursday PUBLISHED:
ShepWave *Rule--of--Three*----You CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP!
As said previously--we *had* the three gap down opens left unfilled and that gave us the potential to see the gaps filled.

New analysis is given for today. Read notes carefully.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I have seen some newer subscribers taking blanket type of views to market moves. Meaning--if we see some short term aggressive sell signals they will email me saying, 'THIS IS IT, The top is in. Market is crashing.' Please DO NOT make assumptions. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy your emails---all of them. I just want to caution in getting too emotional in these markets, especially at this current time.

You know of course I was going to mention it in the Pre-market Update for Thursday. But thank you for the reminder.
Also, I have been trying to leave as many educational notes up for as long as possible. This is to benefit the newer subscribers. Please--if you are a newer subscriber, maybe one who has never been with ShepWave through a trend change in the past--it is very important to take in the recent updates and see how we follow the technicals unfold to lead to specific conclusions; and of course creating new technicals of which to watch closely.

As said very clearly two Wednesday evenings ago there was a particular pattern we were looking for specifically and primarily in the Dow Transportation and Russell 2000 indexes.
Did you see how most of the major U.S. equity indexes made new highs last week--yet these two specific indexes did not? Also these two specific indexes were selling on some pretty good pressure for the short term.

The aggressive downward action we have seen in some of the indexes this week--as well as the gap down open--have also been anticipated.
