Final Notes on the Day: Been a good week so far this week. We have managed to lock in a lot of profits on some Trades. The market finished Strong. I will do a pre-market update which will be published later tonight. I will show some 'safe' opportunities or triggers we will be looking for to enter new positions.
I heard the best line yet today and believe it or not it wasn't on CNBC. On CNN a news reporter was reporting on the markets and said "the Dow is down ONLY 125 points". This along with the comments on other financial television shows are an indication of social mood change. The problem is that most traders/investors don't know how to trade or invest in a down market.
Remember Markets don't go straight down or straight up. There will always be buying opportunities, even in a Bear Market.
Good week this week for ShepWave, locked in a lot of good profits.
ShepWave took some profits today. Exited our AUG QQQQ Options for a 37.8% profit. Exited our OCT QQQQ Options for a 100% profit. The OCT OPTIONS were entered two days ago.
Now that is profiting from the volatility. We will be looking to reenter some good mid term Options Plays soon. Longer term trend plays and ORCL Options.

Our options trade entered Tuesday should be up over 60-70% this morning. Depending on trading risk tolerance, some traders may want to exit this trade as well. See today's Updates for key targets.
I have started to publish the Intra Day Update for today. You will find key short to mid term targets for the Dow, S&P and QQQQ (Nasdaq 100).
Are Television Financial indicative of the Social Mood Change we are 'beginning' to see? They are beginning to panic, wanting FED to step in etc; Yet, are trying to maintain Bullish Sentiment and saying profit from the volatility. Yet markets keep seem to get weaker. When the TV personalities finally give in will THAT be the BOTTOM?
Well that is exactly what ShepWave has been doing. Starting in May and June we showed the Fibonacci Extension targets for the Indexes, the Dow missed our target of 14,051 by 30 points. On July 12 we showed the analysis of the Nasdaq Composite index and why a key top was possibly being hit. At current levels we are possibly nearing some key short term targets.
The Mid to Longer Term direction is getting stronger everyday. Please read notes closely in the ShepWave update published last night and today's Intra Day Update. I will be updating the Intra Day Update through out the day today, so keep checking back. I will NOT be sending out email notifications every time.
The indexes remain at even more critical areas for all traders/investors.
