ShepWave Special Update.. One more rally for the indexes? OR.. Is a 'key top' IN?

For those who have been subscribers to ShepWave for some time you know I couldn't let the move Wednesday left unanswered without an update. The Dow Industrials index made over a 100 point intraday 'reversal' from the highs to the lows of the day. In the update which was posted on StockCharts.com (12:50 P.M. EST)  you will see that there was a Sell Signal using 30 minute charts in late day trading.  Tonight's Special Update shows some disciplined methods to use in  monitoring this trade.  Remember, as shown in recent updates, there are key trendlnes which may provide yet another bounce to make new recent highs.
 
The indexes had an 'outside down' day Wednesday... will we see an outside down week??  What are  the possible strong implications of an outside down day and week?
