ShepWave Monday Morning Update Published. 'Outside Down' Week coming for the Dow and SPX this week?

In the last words of Thursday Morning's Update " It would not be surprising to see the Dow and S&P indexes sell off a bit only to set up for another brief rally early next week. Possibly we will see 'outside down' weeks next week in the indexes."
We saw a dip on Thursday and a nice rally on Friday for all the indexes. Tonight's update will show what the more recent Technical Analysis is possibly revealing. Will we see an outside down week this week in the S&P and DOW indexes?
