ShepWave... Present for the BULLS? or for the Bears? Which is coming?

Special Update published 11:00 A.M. EST.... New high for the Dow.. Then a reversal.. what area does the Dow need to break to strengthen that a high is in... (short term analysis could lead to longer term trend change). 
 
I have published a quick update to show the new Elliott counts.. Today's high in the Dow has altered our previous 'preferred' Elliott Wave Theory counts.  See strategy in today's update.

I have published a special update tonight showing how the current action of the markets is still leaving open a Bullish or Bearish possibility for the near future.  Which way will the indexes go for the Holiday season?  The answer can come as soon as Wednesday.  In tonight's update I show the 'Trigger' areas if Long (or wanting to go long) or short.  Recent 'preferred' Elliott counts being used by ShepWave are still intact.  BUT,, We are looking for further confirmation.  Short term traders have a pretty easy set up either way.
