This morning's trade set up did NOT pan out. I have published a mid day update showing a potential set up for the NDX (this can be used as a proxy set up for the other indexes or stocks that track the major indexes closely).

I am not expecting any big moves either up or down this up coming shortened week. Due to recent charts the TOP is probably NOT in. I have shown trends that need to be broken to give mid to longer term 'sell signals'..... so, a new recent high for most of the major indexes is to be expected. In tonight's update I show the trends that need to be broken and what the technical indicators are showing. I also show mid term targets for the indexes. Read the recent updates to see analysis concerning the potential 'ending diagonal' pattern in the indexes which, when broken, could signal a precipitous drop in the markets.
