The U.S. Equity Indexes are at a critical technical point. ShepWave current mid term positions are doing very well. We may have an opportunity where we need to take some more profits Wednesday morning.
The futures have been bouncing around tonight. The Dow Industrials Futures are currently about 96 points below fair value. See the short term possible Elliott Wave Theory wave count given in the 15 minute QQQ chart.
Also note the trading strategy for the morning. These notes are very important. Markets tend to move very quickly when in situations as they are currently. So, be ready!

Pre-Market / Intra Day Update for Wednesday
Is the late day rally in the U.S. Equity Indices an indication that the rally is back?
Read the notes closely in tonight's update. Remember that even in Bear Markets there can be quick, violent rallies. This will shake out the shorts.
Note that the Dow Industrials Index closed up 153 points, but the futures are already 40 points below fair value as of 6:40 PM ET.
