CNBC Punditts confused...lol

Senate passes bill and stocks pick up selling pressure. This just shows that ultimately what is important in trading and investing is the TECHNICALS.

Do not be confused by this action. Note the Triggers, Signals and Targets. There will be at least a short term buying opportunity. ShepWave will continue to show potential bullish trigger areas. Note that for the past few weeks all we have been seeing is short to mid term bearish confirming signals.

Futures are down at this time. Dow Indu futures are about 74 points below fair value. Gap opens can be tricky. Over the past few weeks we have made some good calls on some gap opens. Again, there are times when one would expect a gap to fill and other times when one would NOT expect a gap to fill.

Also there has been added some analysis on an Gold related ETF. This was by request.

Pre-Market Update for Tuesday Published.

Based on the emails I received a lot of subscribers profited from the call to SELL at the OPEN Monday morning. The past few weeks have given us many educational opportunities to teach some guidance regarding Gap Opens. There are certain chart patterns in which one would not expect to see a gap fill (just like the Island Reversal pattern we saw last week) and certain patterns in which one would expect to see the gap fill.

Note the Triggers and Targets in this update. The markets are still in a very critical point, technically speaking.
