We saw two potentially critical triggers hit this morning. Watch for the follow through. New Targets will be published depending on the chart action. The most important technical aspect of the recent action is that the potential Chart Pattern we identified last week could work out. We are seeing some interesting technicals today. The potential chart pattern we identified last week could still work out. It has gone past the ideal number of days for formation, but it is still a good possibility. Traders note the key trigger areas and signals. The week should see some more volatiity. We have some critical economic data coming out later this week. Now is the time to get ready for a big move in the Indices. As ShepWave has been saying for the past three weeks the U.S. Equity Indices are at a technically very critical point.
The Chart Pattern we identified last week could be working out nicely. This is a favorite pattern to trade off of and can usually provide some strong short to mid term profits. In this case it may even be a forward indicator for longer term Investors.

Refer to Update I Published this past weekend for the Trigger Signals on the Daily time frame for the SPY, Dow Industrials and Dow Transportations indices. Also note the analysis for the NDX (QQQ). Read Update II publisshed this past weekend covering analysis on Crude Oil, Gold, GLD, SLV (Silver) and VIX (volatilty index).
The Pre-Market Update for Tuesday shows the critical signals on the 15 and 60 minute time frame for the Indices. Note that the Swing trade position we scaled in on Wednesday and Thursday may be exited this week. This could work out very well.
