Read the notes in this morning's Intra Day update. Note that the indexes are retesting the upper range of the recent trend channel. Again, as noted in today's updates, watch the high of the first 45 minutes of trading.

The futures are up as of 5:30. As we have seen in the past two sessions the gap down opens have filled; there is the possibility that a gap up open Wednesday morning could do the same. The gap open could create the high for the day during the first 45 minutes of trading.
In this additional Pre-Market Update some notes are made as suggestions of trading this potential gap up open. Also mentioned are some key short term technicals which if seen could strengthen the odds that a key mid term top as not been hit.
