The charts are telling an interesting story. With the full moon and the FOMC meeting behind us expect some volatilty. Notice that the Dow Transportation index has hit a key mid term resistance line for the third line. The S&P 500 has satisfied the expected 'overthrow' of a wedge diagonal. What will be the signal for the next sell off? Should investors be looking for the April highs to be hit?
