The important factor in doing technical analysis is to pay close attention to the various time frames and even the year long trend lines as we have been following in the major indexes. The major indexes saw a possible re-test of a key trend line that we have been tracking for about the past year. This is an important time for traders and investors.
Two Updates for Thursday have been published. The Regular Update for Thursday shows the analysis using the daily time frame for the major equity indexes as well as crude oil, gold and the VIX.
The Pre-Market Update for Thursday uses the 15 and 60 minute charts to give trigger areas and targets for the equity indexes and their ETFS.
