ShepWave Update for Tuesday Published. Is it too late to SELL this equity market? Watch targets closely. Still waiting for Dow 14,000?

We have seen our triggers hit.  Now it is time to concentrate more on the targets.  But of vital importance is the close monitoring of the actual short term wave action.  Will the recent gap down opens be filled soon?  Or is this indicating that the actual Upward Correction from the March lows isn't over?  OR are the equity indexes headed to new multi-year lows?  We are at a very critical time in the markets.  Almost undoubtedly we are in a long term bear market, but remember Bear markets have a lot of volatility to profit from both upward and downward quick moves.
