We are sitting on some nice profits currently. Nice move in JPM huh? Anyway. I want to stress objectivity at all times. It is easy to get blinded or like a 'deer in the Headlights' when one is up big in the markets.
If you get over emotional or have your adrenaline to the point where you can't think clearly and objectively the best 'rule of thumb' is to go ahead and take some profits. (If you have been a trader/investor for any time at all you should know what I mean). Look on the bright side; at least we are not like the 'lemming's' who actually listen to the TV Financial Pundits and 'believe' them. Profits over the past 45+% move in the markets have been outstanding. But, any objective trader/investor should be able to profit big off of a move that big (up or down).
